This is a digital gift card. After the purchase, you will receive an e-mail with the gift card and instructions on how to use it. You can forward this e-mail to the person to whom you want to give the gift card. This person can then use the gift card as payment for all products in the Cotolini webshop, until the full amount of the card has been spent. The amount does not have to be spent at once.

How does it work?

After purchasing a gift card at the Cotolini webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the gift card details: the unique code of the gift card you purchased and instructions on how to use it. The email subject is "Your gift card is ready". This e-mail will be sent immediately after purchase to the email address that you have provided (i.e. your own email address).

After receiving this e-mail, you can forward this email or the link to the gift card to the person to whom you want to give the gift card. You can choose whether you want to forward the e-mail, or send the link via SMS or messenger.

If you choose to work with e-mail, you only have to forward the e-mail you received to the person you want to give the voucher to, possibly with an accompanying text.

If you choose to send the link to the digital gift card via SMS or messenger, Whatsapp or ... you proceed as follows: You click on the button "View gift card". Send the link you receive in this way to the person you want to give the gift to. When the recipient clicks on the link, he or she is taken to a page with all the information: a link to the web shop where the voucher can be used, the amount on the gift card, and instructions on how to use the voucher.

If you prefer to offer a "real" gift, we also have a paper gift voucher in a nice box. However, this is a different product in the webshop. If you prefer this option, buy the product "traditional gift voucher" in the Cotolini webshop.

The voucher you buy this way can be picked up at our shop or sent by post to the person you want to give it to. To do this, choose the option "gift-wrapping" and indicate under comments that the voucher should be sent by post. If you want the voucher to be sent directly to the recipient, please fill in the recipient's address under delivery address and your own address as billing address. Don't forget to add a little text to the voucher so that the lucky recipient receives your personal message. You will pay a small additional cost for packaging and shipping. The shipping cost is included in the amount of the gift wrap.
